Shown back at E3, Recore looked to be something that could be a worthwhile exclusive. Now with Gamescom here we finally get a look at some gameplay, along with a few screenshots. You’ll play as Joule and be accompanied by her group of robots along your journey. Even though the game is a third-person shooter, it takes in a lot of elements from earlier games such as Mega Man and is a spiritual successor in that sense.

Recore will be launching on September 13th for Xbox One and the Windows 10 platform as part of Xbox’s Play Anywhere program.
